
RICHARD K. ABDALAH, Senior Attorney
Mr. Abdalah received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. degree and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is admitted to the California Bar, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Abdalah served in the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office from 1975 until 1986. He established his private practice in Cupertino in 1987.
Mr. Abdalah has over 35 years experience in the areas of employment, real estate and business law, including transactions and litigation. He has written articles and given seminars to attorneys and organizations on a variety of legal subjects. He is a Superior Court Judicial Arbitrator and Superior Court Pro Tem Settlement Judge.
Mr. Abdalah has served on the Los Altos City Planning Commission, Board of Directors of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce (President, 1997-1998), and Cupertino City Housing Commission. He is a member of the Cupertino Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Educational Endowment Foundation, the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
MIRIAM H. WEN-LEBRON, Associate Attorney
Ms. Wen-Lebron received a B.S. degree from San Jose State University and earned a J.D. degree from University of San Francisco. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Ms. Wen-Lebron joined the Abdalah Law Offices in 1999. She has represented clients in real estate, employment and business law, both litigation and transactions. Ms. Wen-Lebron is fluent in Portuguese and has basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
