Richard K. Abdalah, Senior Attorney

Mr. Abdalah has over 45 years experience in the areas of employment, real estate and business law, including transactions and litigation. He has written articles and given seminars to attorneys and organizations on a variety of legal subjects. He is a Superior Court Judicial Arbitrator and Superior Court Pro Tem Settlement Judge.

Mr. Abdalah received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. degree and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is admitted to the California Bar, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Abdalah served in the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office from 1975 until 1986. He established his private practice in Cupertino in 1987.

Mr. Abdalah has served on the Los Altos City Planning Commission and Cupertino City Housing Commission. He is a member of the Cupertino Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Educational Endowment Foundation, the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce (President, 1997-1998 and 2015). Mr. Abdalah received a distinguished business award in 2018.
